I wanted to start this post with my beautiful… well… I don’t even know what they are to be honest with you.(Can someone tell me the name of these gems!) They smell like pine and were purchased last night at a corner flower stand in Brooklyn. I pulled over due to the beautiful hue of blue they possess and I knew it would look amazing in my kitchen come morning! Take a look

My Friend Koran recently gifted me with a new liquor product called William Wolf Pecan Bourbon. All who know me know that I do not drink alcohol ( I never fancied it) so I decided to integrate it into creating recipes and post it on the blog for you to try.
WILLIAM WOLF PECAN BOURBON BBQ SAUCE
1/4 cup Organic Blue Agave syrup
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup organic brown sugar ( I use sugar in the raw)
1/2 cup of William Wolf Pecan Bourbon
1 tablespoon onion salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, stir and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
I boil my chicken in lemon a bit of salt for 15 mins before I bake at 375 degrees for 30 mins
The sauce provides a wonderful marriage of spicy and sweet for your mouth to make love to! The recipe coats about 15 wings comfortably but doesn’t leave room for more. If you are cooking for a large party just double the measurements
I know what you are thinking… now you want wings… dont cha! lol
Oh I am also currently making 5 cheese Mac…. I will add the recipe once I am done eating these wings!
